There are also services available through Lewisham Council if you find yourself in a vulnerable situation and you seek assistance. These services include but are not limited to : help with food parcels and picking up prescriptions.

As you may be aware domestic violence and child abuse case reports, have risen during the lock down period. If you are experiencing domestic abuse, know you are not alone. There are an erray of support services out there for you to access.

You can call 999 and if you are unable to speak follow that by 55, police will then be dispatched out to you.
There is also the national domestic abuse helpline which operates 24hrs a day. You can call them on 0808 2000 247
